Harmonização estética do sorriso com lentes de contato dental: relato de caso

O sorriso harmônico tem levado a maioria dos pacientes no consultório odontológico, o que se torno um desafio para o Cirurgião Dentista. No meio das várias técnicas existentes para restaurações de dentes anteriores, as lentes de contato são as mais procuradas atualmente. Dessa forma, neste caso teve como objetivo o relato que aborda uma reabilitação através de 20 laminados cerâmicos, em uma paciente de 51 anos, que procurou atendimento na faculdade do Amazonas – IAES. A opção terapêutica foi discutida com a paciente, visando os benefícios da porcelana, e optada pelo mesmo, foi realizado exames prévios, visto a necessidade harmonização do sorriso, foram realizadas sessões de clareamento prévio para alcançar uma cor ideal dos elementos dentais até a reabilitação. Após procedimentos prévios, foi realizado preparo dos elementos e adequação para recebimento das porcelanas, onde houve um preparo minimamente invasivo, respeitando toda estrutura dentária da paciente. Este procedimento gerou uma melhor autoestima e segurança na hora de falar, sorrir e comer, tendo em vista o custo-benefício do material escolhido.
